If you have been profitable in the past; if you are presently profitable; and if you have paid your bills on time through good and bad times, then the chances are very good that your credit will be approved.

Applying for Credit

Due to federal regulations requiring proper authorization to check any individual's credit, we require the following forms: Credit Application and Authorization to Release Credit Information.

You may download and print the forms using the instructions below.

After you have signed them, fax them back to Honess Financial Services at 770-993-4149.

These forms must be completed by the person(s) applying for credit.

When you fill out this form and it is authorized by you, you are giving permission to release to Honess Financial Services and/or its assignee, any and all information that Honess Financial Services and/or its assignee may require for the purpose of a credit transaction, including credit bureau reports, for an update of their credit files. This information will be kept for Honess Financial Service's and/or its assignee's CONFIDENTIAL use.

A Duplicate, FAX, or photocopy of this form may be used when requesting information.
